  • Microfabrication: Sensera offers Deposition, Lithography, and Etching processes at a sub-micron level. Through wafer fabrication, Sensera is able to create metal and dielectric layers on substrates, transfer the design pattern on each layer and build the desired structure to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Metrology: Sensera measures critical parameters including Critical Dimension (CD), film properties, electrical properties, etc. during the Metrology process. By monitoring theses  parameters during production, Sensera is able to precisely control the process output and ensure high quality for your devices.
